Hubert Recently Completes the Montessori of Gainesville - Casa dei Bambini
Gainesville, VA, August 2011...The Montessori of Gainesville - Casa dei Bambini was delivered by Hubert Construction to the operator this month for the September opening of the school year. Clearing and grading of the 2.89 acre site commenced in November of 2010 in advance of the construction of the 10,448 S.F. wood framed building. The completed building includes classrooms, a music room, an activity room, offices and a galley. Site work included wet and dry utilities, paving, fencing, landscape and coordination with the tenants equipment vendors. This is the second completed project for the operator, having completed their first facility in Chantilly, Virginia in 2005.
