Hubert Interiors Starts 2011 Off Strong

 

Gaithersburg, MD, February 2011...Hubert Interiors is off to a fast start in 2011, with the award of projects from new and repeat clients. Washington Properties, Dr. Robert Chu and Equity Residential are first time clients, whom Hubert is looking to establish long term relationships, building on “A Tradition of Integrity, Service and Performance”.

 

Optimal Networks a 4,058 S.F. retro-fit build-out in Rockville for Washington Property Company. The project when completed will have a new office configuration with a large conference room, pantry and waiting area. The space will have all new finishes along with custom millwork.

 

Dr. Robert Chu has contracted Hubert to build-out the new 3,711 S.F. location for his Montgomery Eye Care practice in Rockville, MD. A two level renovation of former office space it will include first floor patient service areas including examination and treatment rooms and second floor offices. Construction is expected to complete by mid-March.

 

Equity Residential has awarded Hubert Interiors the contract to renovate community amenity facilities in the basement of the south tower at Skyline Towers in Falls Church, VA. The 4,020 S.F. area will include reconfiguring of the space to create a Conference Room, Internet Café, Game Room and a Media Room. The renovation area is separated by an existing common corridor which will receive new finishes and glass partition walls to create a more open and inviting environment to encourage residents to take advantage of the amenities. Additionally, an existing fitness room will receive new finishes. Construction is expected to commence by April 1st.

 

George Washington University a repeat client has hired Hubert for several projects at the Ashburn Campus. Construction has commenced on the renovations to the High Performance Lab, offices for VSTC and several work order projects.

 

Hubert Interiors has commenced build outs for Kerxton Insurance, at The Gateway Business Center and Lighthouse Chiropractic at the Heritage Hunt Office Condominium, both buildings constructed for Buchanan Partners by Hubert. Kerxton, is an 8,457 S.F. project completing the interior space which is in shell condition and will include partitioning, plumbing, installation of HVAC equipment and ductwork, lighting and power distribution. Lighthouse is the build-out of a 2,048 S.F. condo unit to include partitioning and finishes.
