As General Superintendent, Mr. George is involved with each Hubert Construction project, by attending pre-construction meetings and progress meetings, along with frequent site visits and daily communication with Superintendents he is able to provide mentorship and guidance critical to each projects success. He thoroughly reviews plans, specifications and submittals providing a thorough understanding of each project. As projects progress, he determines and recommends changes in methods, schedules, manpower and procedures for improvement as necessary and provides additional monitoring of quality control. Danny’s ability to communicate with consultants, owners, subcontractors and Hubert personnel make a significant impact to each project. Additionally, Mr. George takes the lead in monitoring project safety, which Hubert considers an integral part of the success of each project. | | |

In the past Mr. George has held positions of Project Superintendent, Assistant Project Superintendent, and Carpenter Foreman. Mr. George started with Hubert Construction in 2000 as a Senior Project Superintendent and was promoted to General Superintendent in January 2007. Mr. George’s experience includes Office Buildings, Assisted Living Facilities, K-12 Schools, Apartment Buildings, Lodging Facilities, Institutional Facilities and Retail Projects.
