As General Superintendent, Mr. George participates in the preconstruction conference to familiarize himself with the distinguishing characteristics of a job and offers practical advise pertaining to the various project schedules. He reviews plans, specifications, and subcontracts of each trade prior to the construction start date. He meets with subcontractors prior to the startup to review their submittals and job schedule. As the job progresses, he determines and recommends changes in methods, schedules, and procedures for improvement where necessary, as well as reviewing their installation to ensure Quality Control. Mr. George is responsible for Hubert Construction’s overall field operations. Mr. George maintains a working relationship with the Owners, Architects, and Inspectors to ensure a successful job flow. |

In the past Mr. George has held positions of Project Superintendent, Assistant Project Superintendent, and Carpenter Foreman. Mr. George started with Hubert Construction in 2000 as a Senior Project Superintendent and was promoted to General Superintendent in January 2007. Mr. George’s experience includes Office Buildings, Assisted Living Facilities, K-12 Schools, Apartment Buildings, Lodging Facilities, Institutional Facilities and Retail Projects.
