Chuck Claar, Vice President of Business Development

As Vice President of Business Development, Mr. Claar is responsible establishing, fostering and maintaining Hubert Construction’s business relationships with Developers, Owners, Architects, Engineers and others in the real estate industry to increase market penetration and insure stability and growth of the organization. He is an active participant on numerous NAIOP and Washington Building Congress committees and other community volunteer organizations.

Mr. Claar’s twenty-five year career in the construction and real estate industry has allowed him to establish many long term relationships as a result of his many and varied roles, including Superintendent, Project Manager, Estimator, Land Design Manager, Pre-Construction and Project Management Executive. He previously worked for Buchanan Partners, a real estate developer, for fourteen years, in construction and land development. In addition, he has held Superintendent positions with a home builder and several commercial general contractors.
