Through corporate culture events held throughout the year, employees get to know each other better, in a context different from the usual business interaction. As a result, they learn about and respect each others roles and responsibilities in the company and learn more about both company history and current company projects and goals, and we have fun!!
Twice a year company meetings are held at local venues where employees gather in a relaxed atmosphere and enjoy food and drink to learn how the company is performing, and to recognize employees for their years of service with an awards presentation. In June employees and their families get together at Tarara Winery (owned and operated by Hubert founder Whitie Hubert) for a day of picnic fun. In December we end the year with our Holiday Party and celebrate the beginning of a New Year. |
